How the search works
We are committed to a thoughtful, transparent, and inclusive process. Our aim is to find a leader who embodies the Montessori philosophy and will support our students, staff, and families for years to come.

Gather input from parents, teachers, and staff on the strengths and qualities our community values most in a leader.
2. Recruit
Define the role and actively seek a diverse pool of qualified, Montessori-experienced candidates.
3. Interview
A dedicated search committee reviews applications and interviews finalists against a shared rubric.
4. Engage Community
Finalists meet members of our school community so families have a chance to weigh in.
5. Select
The Board makes the final decision, grounded in community feedback and the committee's recommendation.
6. Welcome
We introduce our new principal and support a smooth transition for students and staff.
